Just a note about the length of your session. Have you ever paid for an hour massage and ended up with only 45 to 50 minutes of actual hands-on time? When you schedule an hour session with me, you get exactly what you pay for: 60 minutes of massage therapy. The clock does not start until you are on the table (late clients may receive shortened sessions).

MOTHERHOOD MASSAGE
Specialized treatment for pregnant women in their 2nd & 3rd trimesters. Cost of regular full body massage plus $10. HEALTH MANAGEMENT PACKAGES

HOT STONE MASSAGE Your treatment may consist of a 60-, 90-, or 120-minute session. Prices vary greatly, depending on length of treatment and options included. Add together the following to get the cost of your treatment. (1) Start with price of basic massage of desired duration: (60 minutes=65, 90 minutes=$85, 120 minutes=$110) (2) Add $30 per hour for hot stone treatment: (60 min.=$30, 90 min.=$45, 120 min.=$60) (3) Add $10 per hour for aromatherapy massage oil (recommended, but not required): (60 min.=$10, 90 min.=$15, 120 min.=$20) Remember that some discounts & special offers may apply to you.

BACK PAIN MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
Back pain affects today's adults in epidemic proportions. Long hours of sitting lead to muscle imbalances. Tension and fatigue make back muscles vulnerable to injury in the yard or gym.
Next to the common cold, back pain is the most frequent complaint heard at the doctor's office. Unfortunately, your doctor may not have much to offer you beyond medication.
Most back pain patients do not have a serious medical condition. The majority of people will experience significant pain relief and easier movement after receiving massage therapy.
When you enroll in this program, you will have regularly-scheduled appointments twice a month to receive specialized massage for your condition. Regular therapy can be a very pleasant way to decrease stress, resolve your chronic pain and help you lead a healthier lifestyle.

HAND & FOOT TREATMENT REJUVENATING FOOT TREATMENT: $40 Socrates said, "When our feet hurt, we hurt all over." Did you know: more than 70% of people in the US will experience foot pain at some point in their lives. During a typical day, the feet endure a cumulative force of several hundred tons. With 26 bones, 33 joints, 20 muscles, and 100 ligaments in the foot, there's a lot to care for!
This 45-minute treatment focuses exclusively on the structures of the feet, ankles and lower leg. It includes an aromatherapy foot bath, salt/sugar glow, and a relaxing, yet therapeutic massage. May also include passive stretching, light range of motion and reflexology techniques.
REJUVENATING HAND TREATMENT: $35 Many people these days are engaged in daily activities involving repetitive movements of the hands and forearms - two of the most common are typing and writing. This can cause general muscle fatigue, inflammation, decreased circulation, an aching feeling in the forearms and hands, and sharp, shooting pain. Over time, it can develop into more serious conditions, such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Regular massage therapy specific to this area is relaxing, as well as an excellent way to prevent or manage painful conditions.
This 45-minute treatment focuses exclusively on the structures of the hands, wrists and forearms. It includes an aromatherapy treatment (your choice of custom oil blend or herbal towel steam), salt/sugar glow, and a relaxing, yet therapeutic massage. May also include passive stretching, light range of motion and reflexology techniques. |
SPA TREATMENT
DETOXIFYING HERBAL BODY WRAP: $65
We hear a lot about general detoxification and cleansing, especially as it pertains to fasting, pills and diets. There are many good reasons to choose a detox of some kind. Detoxification is a way to minimize or reverse the negative effects on the body from recent illness, drug use (including prescription medication and cigarette smoking), less-than-perfect eating habits, and pollution in the environment.
Detox helps rest the overloaded organs of the digestive and immune system. It can assist in weight loss, improve energy and restore an over-all feeling of balance to the body.
The herbal body wrap is a gentle, yet effective method of detoxifying the body by drawing out impurities through the skin. This 60-minute session includes approximately 30 minutes of herbal treatment and 30 minutes of aromatherapy massage. The length of the massage can be extended for a small additional fee.
HERBAL DETOX WITH DRY SKIN BRUSHING: $80
This treatment includes all of the above, but has the added benefit of first applying a dry brushing technique. The brushing serves two purposes. First, it is a mild skin exfoliant. It also stimulates blood flow to the skin. Both of these actions greatly improve the effectiveness of the detox process.
AROMATHERAPY HERBAL TOWEL BODY STEAM: $35
This soothing treatment is a highly effective and pleasant way to relieve tension while nourishing the skin. Hot towels infused with essential oils or other herbs are skillfully applied over the entire body. The heat opens the pores, allowing your body to absorb maximum benefits from the therapeutic oils. A brief, gently aromatherapy massage completes this treatment.
The Herbal Towel Body Steam can be received on its own, with other spa services, or it makes a great addition to your regular massage therapy session.

FULL BODY SALT/SUGAR GLOW BODY POLISHING: $80
Our skin is constantly shedding old skin cells and building new ones. Ideally, this would happen at a consistent, efficient rate. Unfortunately, skin in need of exfoliation may have a dull appearance, feel dry or flaky, pores become clogged with debris, oil and bacteria, and skin shows other signs of aging.
People resort to drastic measures to rid themselves of these unpleasant symptoms. Common treatments include a variety of commercial products (not always very effective) and strong chemicals and acids (which may have side-effects.)
Body polishing assists body's cell renewal process by removing the outer layer of dead skin cells, revealing new skin underneath. It is a natural, effective and generally pleasant treatment for the skin of the entire body. Day spas charge much more than I do for the same service.
Schedule this one-hour treatment for yourself once every 4-6 months and you will love your skin year-round.
